The performance will be followed by a creative interaction and dialogue with conference delegates.
About this Performance:
This performance embarks participants on a global journey of transformation rooted in shared human values. It unveils how ordinary citizens and civil society organisations around our planet have upheld their values even in the midst of crisis, and transformed themselves and their societies despite all odds.
It underlines how the United Nations and civil society are deeply interconnected by the values, ideals and principles they cherish. It underscores that the UN and NGOs are ideal and inevitable partners in the realization of the sustainable development goals, to ensure that finally, ‘no one is left behind’.
Creative Interaction and Dialogue
The performance will culminate in a brief creative interaction and dialogue with participants to explore how, in today’s complex context of breakdowns and breakthroughs, we can come together anew as partners to witness reality, awaken possibilities, envision change and enact transformation for the collective good.
